Privacy Notice
This notice explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit vorteq-boats.com, contact us or ask for a quote for a Vorteq boat. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese data protection law.
1. Who we are
Divexpro, Lda., which builds and sells Vorteq Boats, is the controller of your personal data.

2. What we collect
- Contact details: the name and email you give us in the contact form, and any company, phone or country you add in your message.
- Your requests: your messages, the boats you ask about, quotes and orders.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in the server logs.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare quotes: steps you ask for before a contract.
- To build, deliver and support your boat: performance of the contract.
- To keep invoices and accounting records: legal obligation.
- To keep the site secure: our legitimate interest.
We do not send newsletters or marketing emails from this site.
4. Embedded content
Some pages show content from other sites: 3D boat models from Sketchfab and videos from YouTube. When you open those pages, those services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only when needed with:
- Service providers who host our website and email, under contracts that bind them to our instructions.
- Carriers, certification bodies and authorities, when a delivery, a CE certificate or the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a sale: 3 years after our last contact.
- Customers and their boats: for as long as we support the boat, and invoices for the 10 years Portuguese law requires.
- Technical logs: up to 12 months.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to mail@divexpro.com.
You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at cnpd.pt.
9. Changes
When this notice changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
